Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the provision of services. Failure to cooperate, delays in content approvals, or inaccessible account credentials may affect project timelines and outcomes. Clients must maintain the confidentiality of any provided login credentials and agree not to share them with unauthorized users.
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Custom or one-off projects may require milestone-based payments. Late payments may incur service interruptions and a 5% monthly late fee.
As our services involve digital labor and software expenses, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. In case of dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact our team to resolve the issue in good faith.
oooTech and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of engagement. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
Under no circumstances shall oooTech, its affiliates, partners, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services within the last three (3) months.
All original materials, content, strategies, templates, and deliverables developed by oooTech remain the intellectual property of oooTech unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes only.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless oooTech and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
oooTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service, with or without cause, at any time, especially in cases of breach, misuse, or abusive conduct. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared within 7 business days. We also reserve the right to retain work already completed unless otherwise stated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oooTech is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
oooTech reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
